Rule 32

If the person giving the information related to revenue leakage has submitted any evidence along with such information, the department shall preserve such evidence paper and provide a copy thereof to the concerned person.
(2) The evidence taken in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be returned to the concerned person if required and requested, and shall be returned to the concerned person after its purpose is over.
